Dr. Steve Bingenheimer came to PlainView Church in September 2006 after serving for many years in various churches as Youth, Associate and Senior Pastor. He most recently served as Senior Pastor for 13 years at Westport Christian Center. He is an ordained minister and has a Doctorate in Christian Counseling and is an Oregon state Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor.

Serving at PlainView with his wife, Dee, who is also an ordained minister and serves as Co-Pastor, Steve has a passion for seeing people live life on a whole new level. Pastors Steve & Dee have 3 grown & married children, and 2 children, Michael and Kara, at home. Their daughter, Kristen, serves PlainView as Childrens Director.

Pastor Dee, an ordained minister, brings with her many years of pastoral experience. She serves as Co-pastor of PlainView Church with her husband, Steve. Dee has a B.A. in Theology and a Masters in Christian Counseling. She actively assists with church administration, teaching, and counseling. Dee also leads and plays rhythm guitar for the One Heart worship band that leads worship in the Sunday morning services. She has written many of the worship songs that they perform.

Kristen Kennedy serves on staff at PlainView church as Children's Ministry Director. She is also employed as a pre-school teacher in Lebanon. Kristen has a heart to reach children in a meaningful and relevant way with the Gospel.

She and her husband, Rob, have 3 children of their own.
