Dr. Steve Bingenheimer came to Plainview Church in September 2006 after serving for many years in various churches as Youth, Associate and Senior Pastor. He most recently served as Senior Pastor for 13 years at Westport Christian Center. He is an ordained minister and has a Doctorate in Christian Counseling and is a Oregon state Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
With his wife, Dee, who is also an ordained minister and serves as Co-Pastor, they have a passion for seeing people live life on a whole new level.
Pastor Dee, bringing with her many years of pastoral experience, co-pastors Plainview Church with her husband, Steve. She has a B.A. in Theology and a Masters in Christian Counseling. Dee actively assists with church administration and oversight, teaching, and with counseling; as well as oversees the Childrens' Ministry of Plainview.

Pastors Ken and Heather have been on staff as youth pastors at PlainView Church since February 2008. As youth pastors, Ken and Heather have a heart to see this generation of young people come to know the God given purpose for their lives.
Ken and Heather graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. They have served on pastoral staff at Word of Life International Church in Pendleton, Oregon for 13 years before coming to PlainView Church. Ken, Heather and their son, Elijah, reside in Albany, Oregon.
Kevin has grown up and grown into his ministry at Plainview. He started coming as a college student while attending Oregon State University. He graduated with a degree in Marketing, got married, has had two children and developed a passionate heart for worship at Plainview.
He leads a relevant, energetic and spirit-filled style of praise and worship that speaks to everyone in the family regardless of age.
His passion for leading people to the throne of God and to dwell in the presence of Jesus is evident in every service Kevin leads.
