Dr. Steve Bingenheimer came to Plainview Church in September 2006 after serving for many years in various churches as Youth, Associate and Senior Pastor. He most recently served as Senior Pastor for 13 years at Westport Christian Center. He is an ordained minister and has a Doctorate in Christian Counseling and is an Oregon state Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
Serving at PlainView with his wife, Dee, who is also an ordained minister and serves as Co-Pastor, Steve has a passion for seeing people live life on a whole new level. Pastors Steve & Dee have 3 grown & married children, and 2 children, Michael and Kara, at home. Their daughter, Kristen, serves PlainView as Childrens Director.
Pastor Dee, an ordained minister, brings with her many years of pastoral experience. She serves as Co-pastor of Plainview Church with her husband, Steve. Dee has a B.A. in Theology and a Masters in Christian Counseling. She actively assists with church administration, teaching, and counseling. Dee also leads and plays rhythm guitar for the One Heart worship band that leads worship in the Sunday morning services. She has written many of the worship songs that they perform. One Heart band is an energetic, spirit-filled, contemporary band with high school aged musicians on keyboard and drums.
Rev. Garry Siegenthaler came to PlainView church as a staff pastor in October, 2008. He is an ordained minister who has served in churches in Washington and Oregon. Prior to coming to Albany he served as a Sr. Pastor in Rainier, Oregon. His position at PlainView involves evangelism, teaching on Sunday nights, visitation, and Sr. Adult ministries.
Pastors Ken and Heather have been on staff as youth pastors at PlainView Church since February 2008. As youth pastors, Ken and Heather have a heart to see this generation of young people come to know the God given purpose for their lives.
Ken and Heather graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. They have served on pastoral staff at Word of Life International Church in Pendleton, Oregon for 13 years before coming to PlainView Church. Ken, Heather and their son, Elijah, reside in Albany, Oregon.
Kristen Kennedy serves on staff at PlainView church as Children's Ministry Director. She is also employed as a pre-school teacher in Lebanon. Kristen has a heart to reach children in a meaningful and relevant way with the Gospel.
She and her husband, Rob, have 3 children of their own.
Linda serves at PlainView as our Business Administrator. She greets the entire staff daily with an infectious smile, laughter, and positive outlook on life. Linda and her husband, Chris, take an active role in many aspects of ministry at PlainView. They are both gifted in music and worship.
